Our organization has unused production facilities for placing orders, processing body parts, heat treatment, oxidation and chrome plating line, etc. We will consider any proposals for the organization of joint ventures aimed at the consumer market.

We will make it to order:
1. production of blanks obtained by free forging weighing up to 20 kg;
2. castings from gray cast iron of the SCH-15 brand up to 1 ton;
3. cutting the sheet with guillotine shears up to 12 mm thick and up to 2,000 mm wide;
4. cutting of workpieces with circular saws up to 200 mm in diameter;
5. manufacture of smooth shafts up to 1400 mm long;
6. manufacture of spline shafts up to a diameter of 54 mm and a length of up to 950 mm;
7. manufacture of cylindrical straight-toothed and oblique-toothed wheels with a module from 1 to 5 and a diameter of up to 900 mm;
8. moving of uncoated cylindrical wheels max.=320 mm and a module from 2 to 5;
9. manufacture of conical straight-toothed gears with a module from 1 to 8, with a diameter of up to 400 mm of the 8th and 9th precision stages;
10. manufacture of body parts on longitudinal milling, longitudinal planing machines up to 1.2 m * 1.5 m * 4 m in size;
11. grinding of parts on a longitudinal grinding machine with dimensions 1000 * 800 * 3000 mm;
12. grinding of parts on flat grinding machines with dimensions of 300 * 1000 mm (length * width);
13. grinding of holes on an internal grinding machine with a hole diameter from 20 to 100 mm;
14. processing of parts with a size of 300 * 1200 mm (width * length) on vertical and horizontal milling machines;
15. processing of body parts on horizontal and coordinate boring machines (milling, drilling, boring holes) dimensions of parts 800 * 800 * 800 up to the 2nd accuracy class;
16. chiseling of keyway slots in parts such as bushings, housings;
17. machining on circular grinding machines with a diameter of up to 280 mm and a length of up to 1000 mm.
